Packaging that earns its place on the shelf
Most replacements for single-use plastic fail somewhere between the lab and the loading bay. We find out where, before you commit a line to it.

How we work
Three questions, answered in order
01
Will it survive the journey?
Drop, compression, humidity and cold-chain testing against your actual route — not a standard pallet on a standard day.
02
Can anyone actually supply it?
We map who makes the material at your volume, what their lead times really are, and what happens when one of them stops.
03
What breaks on the line?
Most failures are mechanical, not material. We run trials on your filling line before the purchase order, not after.

We are independent, and it costs us money
We take no commission from material suppliers and hold no exclusive agreements. It means we occasionally tell a client their current packaging is fine and they should spend the budget elsewhere — which has ended two engagements early and won us four.

Logistics
Pallet cube is a packaging decision
Nobody owns the gap between the top of the last case and the roof of the trailer. It is usually the biggest number on the table.

Materials
Recycled content is a supply question
Specifying 50% PCR is easy. Holding it across a year of production is a different problem, and it is not a materials problem.

Practice
Reuse only works if it comes back
A reusable pack is worse than a single-use one until it has completed enough trips. The return rate decides where that line falls.
